The colorful G-Pro Resistance Bands are an integral part of any ball player arm care routine.
More and more Baseball & Softball players are adopting resistance bands in their training and warm up routine with the objectives of reducing the risk of injury, increasing endurance, speed up recovery period and gain velocity.
The G-Pro Resistance Bands for Arm care come in 7 colors for you to choose from: Yellow, Pink, Navy, Baby Blue, Black, Orange and Red.
The colors do not represent different tensions, they are just for personal preference of the players.
Our G-Pro Resistance bands come with a heavy tension and are designed for players above the age of 15.
